Milan Fashion Week is sensational! And first beauty trends for next summer are starting to appear. Bet on metallic shadows, big bangs and much more!
The international fashion circuit for summer 2023 has arrived in Milan! And in addition to great highlights in clothes and accessories, let’s check out what has been appearing in hair in makeup for the most desired season of the year.
Check out the first beauty trends that drew attention in the first days in Milan:
Giant eyelashes
Prada has been presenting in its last shows a very strong feature: the face washed with an illuminated makeup. But has this paradigm been broken or reinvented? This season, the brand invested in huge, almost scenographic lashes to harmonize with its looks that came full of straight lines and neutral tones.

Neon makeup: To make the fashion week more vibrant, fun and colorful, Dsquared2 presented eyeliners that filled almost the entire upper eyelid, as well as eye-catching and even bicolor lipsticks.
Note that the colors gained prominence when used on clean, brightened skin.

Metallic look: Total Y2K trend, frosty shadows are back! Especially the silver and baby blue tones, both are very light and highlight the eyes too much.
The Andreadamo brand dared in its show by applying the eyeshadow in unusual shapes and places. It was possible to see models using it all over the eyelid, in the corner of the eyes, on the top of the cheeks, along with rhinestone details, under the eyes, mixed with eyeliner and even glitter.

Giant fringe: Featuring minimalist makeup, Fendi highlighted the hair of its models. With clean cuts and hairstyles, the brand abused long fringes that covered the eyes in unstructured locks.

Discolored eyebrows: The minimalist, clean, illuminated beauty of Roberto Cavalli’s show gained a signature, the discolored eyebrows, reaffirming that the trend is here to stay and leaving the look more fun and stripped down. Note the use of a stronger and more closed lipstick to highlight even more, creating a super contrast!
