Being influenced to try present fashion fads and popular pieces is quite common.

However, you don’t have to follow every trend if you don’t think it fits your style.

TikTok personal stylist Ciara FitzGerald definitely doesn’t.

Ciara posted a TikTok admitting the three current trends she plans on avoiding like the plague.

“I have high standards when it comes to fashion and these didn’t make the cut,” she admits.

For Ciara, the chunky platform shoe trend is not one she’ll be trying.

Even if people say they’re comfy, she still thinks they’re “ugly.”

No matter how sunny it is outside, you’ll never see her wearing a bucket hat.

Although they may be practical, Ciara doesn’t believe them to be all that fashionable.

Maybe it’s because she says she wore them when she was four years old.

Finally, Ciara will never be caught dead in an outfit with head-to-toe logos.

She thinks this looks very tacky.

Ciara’s opinion on chunky shoes wasn’t well-liked amongst her viewers.

“Yeah Chunky shoes are life. I’m short so they give me between 3-6 inches of height,” one woman wrote, while another commented: “Finally chunky shoes are back! I will be buying many.”

A couple of viewers did agree with her that bucket hats weren’t it.

“Same reasoning for me and bucket hats,” one commenter said.
